As Head of SMM, I formed and managed a creative team, Including hiring a designer. I set up workflows, managed deadlines, and ensured high-quality output across all formats. I also contributed to building automated marketing funnels in collaboration with the growth team, aligning organic content with paid ads and onboarding flows. One of the key challenges was launching the strategy from zero in a saturated market. I navigated this by focusing on clear messaging, consistent storytelling, and data-driven adjustments.
